Former Minnesota Cop Reveals Disturbing Truths About Tim Walz!

Written by Caleb Thompson.

When Kamala Harris selected Tim Walz as her running mate, many were led to believe he was the quintessential “plain speaker from the American heartland,” perfect for appealing to rural voters. This narrative, however, is rapidly falling apart. A retired Minnesota police lieutenant, John Nagel, has now brought even more unsettling facts to light, casting serious doubts on the so-called “America’s dad” image that the Harris-Walz campaign has been pushing.

Nagel, a retired lieutenant from the Minnesota State Patrol, didn’t mince words when describing Walz. “He is not a moderate, he has never been a moderate, and here in Minnesota, he has been anti-police, he has raised taxes, he is nowhere near being a moderate,” Nagel told Fox News. This stark description contrasts sharply with the image Walz’s campaign has tried to cultivate. The situation becomes even more alarming when considering Nagel’s further comments. He pointed out how, after an officer was killed in the line of duty, the officer’s family requested that Walz not attend the funeral. This speaks volumes about how law enforcement views Walz, revealing the deep divide between him and the very people who protect Minnesota’s streets.

The National Guard Fiasco

Nagel didn’t stop there. He specifically criticized Walz for his sluggish response in sending the National Guard to Minneapolis during the 2020 George Floyd riots—a decision that has haunted Walz since being nominated for the vice presidency. “He let Minneapolis burn,” Nagel asserted, adding, “I think he intentionally let Minneapolis burn.” This chilling accusation raises the question: why would a sitting governor allow such destruction to unfold unchecked? Nagel suggests a much larger, more insidious scheme at play—one rooted in a disdain for law enforcement. He connects Walz’s inaction with the anti-police sentiments of figures like Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison, both of whom have been associated with defunding efforts.

It’s not just Nagel who has raised alarms. U.S. Representative Pete Stauber echoed similar concerns, noting that Walz allowed the city to burn for three consecutive nights without intervening. Stauber quoted Walz’s disturbing characterization of the riots as “righteous anger,” despite the hundreds of millions of dollars in damage inflicted on family-owned businesses. These comments, combined with Walz’s track record, leave little doubt as to why the majority of Minnesota’s law enforcement officers feel betrayed by their governor’s lack of support.

The Real Tim Walz

Nagel’s final assessment of Walz paints a grim picture. “He’s power-hungry,” Nagel remarked, adding that Walz is driven by self-interest rather than public good. According to Nagel, Walz’s alignment with the Democratic party’s far-left agenda could spell disaster on a national scale. If Walz couldn’t handle a crisis in Minneapolis, Nagel asks, how can he be expected to manage a national emergency? The implications are troubling. With Walz’s left-leaning tendencies, one can only imagine how he might respond if faced with a foreign threat like North Korea. The thought of Walz flinging the door open to greet Kim Jong-un with a warm “Welcome, Comrade!” is, unfortunately, not entirely far-fetched.

Yet, despite his glaring shortcomings, it’s unlikely that Walz will be removed from the ticket. The Democratic party’s current trajectory—one that veers far left, even by historical standards—makes him a perfect fit. The comparison to Joseph Stalin, while hyperbolic, underscores the extent to which the party is willing to go to maintain its grip on power. Walz, with his loyalty to the cause, seems more than willing to play his part.

Our Take

The revelations about Tim Walz should be deeply concerning to any American who values law and order. His actions, or lack thereof, during a time of crisis in Minnesota demonstrate a dangerous disregard for public safety and a willingness to prioritize political ideology over the well-being of citizens. If he can’t protect the people of Minnesota, how can he be trusted with the safety of the entire nation? The Harris-Walz ticket represents a significant shift to the left, one that could have dire consequences for the country. Voters must ask themselves if they want leaders who will stand by as their cities burn or if they want someone who will take decisive action to protect American lives.
